Each individual is permitted to hold a single cz99 account only. Upon registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cz99 account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 1. Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your cz99 wallet within a few minutes of successful payment processing. cz99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

All sports bets placed on the cz99 Platform are governed by the specific sport betting rules published in the cz99 sportsbook help section, in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, the sport-specific rules prevail for the matter in question.

1. Bets placed on the cz99 Platform are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation unless an explicit cash-out option is available and activated by you prior to the event settling.
2. cz99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error. Manifest errors include, but are not limited to, typographical errors in odds, markets published for incorrect events, and system malfunctions.
3. In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice. cz99 is not liable for any loss resulting from the inability to place or settle an in-play bet due to market suspension.
4. Maximum payout limits apply to all cz99 sports betting markets. Payouts exceeding the published maximum for a given sport or competition will be capped at the applicable limit regardless of the odds at time of placement.
5. cz99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual user at its discretion, including on specific markets or event types, without being required to provide a reason.

2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or subsequent verification processes.

4. Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
5. Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other illegal financial or betting activity through the cz99 Platform.
6. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, promotions, or pricing errors, including through coordinated multi-account activity.
7. Attempting to interfere with the cz99 Platform's technical infrastructure, including through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorised data access.

All content on the cz99 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, game assets, and interface design — is the proprietary property of cz99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any cz99 content without the prior written consent of cz99. Unauthorised use of cz99 intellectual property may constitute copyright or trademark infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cz99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: reliance on Platform content; technical malfunctions; loss of data; game disconnections; or the decisions of independent payment processors.

cz99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the cz99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cz99's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

cz99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the cz99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the cz99 Platform you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cz99 does not sell personal data to third parties.

cz99 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all account holders with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
